Doccle... Done!

For many, administration is a time-consuming chore that requires sitting at a desk. My goal with this campaign for Doccle was to break that stereotype. Our starting point was simple: with Doccle, paying an invoice is so easy that you can do it anywhere—even in the most unusual situations.

The Vision

Administration Without the Effort

This way, you don't lose time and can get straight back to the activities you actually enjoy. We wanted to transform the perception of administrative tasks from a desk-bound obligation into something so seamless it can happen anywhere, anytime.

The Concept

Admin in a Heartbeat

The core idea was to show people in situations where you would generally never pay an invoice. We wanted to demonstrate that Doccle fits so seamlessly into your life that it never gets in the way of your daily fun. The 'Splash' in Action: In our hero video, we see a man in the middle of a spectacular splash-down on a theme park ride. While the water is literally flying around him, he receives a notification and pays his water bill with one simple tap. Straight Back to the Fun: As soon as the payment is "Done," he's back to fully enjoying the ride. It symbolizes the ultimate freedom: your administration is handled before the boat even hits the bottom.

The Execution

A Seamless Full-Funnel Experience

To bring this story to life, we utilized a full-funnel strategy that guided the user from initial surprise to final action. Visual Focus: I designed the art direction to place the smartphone and the Doccle app at the center as the "enabler" of this freedom. Motion Design: The transition from the on-screen notification to the "Done" confirmation was visually supported by the iconic blue Doccle ring, serving as the definitive symbol for a completed task.

By linking Doccle to moments of pure joy, we shifted the brand away from the boring atmosphere of "obligation" and into the world of "ease." This campaign proved that digital advertising can be the heartbeat of a brand, showing that administration doesn't have to be an interruption to your life, but something you just do quickly in between.
